Well I was but that didn't fix the issue lol) just pop your SSD/HHD in a different build with an internet connection. Update windows and download armoury crate plus armoury crate/installTool and install it. Then pop your SSD/HHD back into the PC build that was giving you problems. Worked like a charm for me.
